Jack Geerts was educated as a lawyer at the University of Tilburg (1982). After his legal traineeship, also at Tilburg, he was associated as an attorney at  law in the field of corporate law and as a tax advisor at Van den Boomen in Aalst-Waalre (current: Witlox Van den Boomen). Thereafter he founded the partnership of law firm Advocatenkantoor Van Mierlo at Rosmalen. From 1991 as to 2019 mr. Geerts worked as a attorney at law in the field of corporate law. Since 2019 het no longer works as an attorney at law, but as a legal adviser in the field of company law. Mr. Geerts also is handling arbitrations, both national and international. He has also regularly been appointed as an arbitrator.

With his expertise and experience as a lawyer, mr. Geerts aims to provide his clients with legal assistance in order to serve the interests of the company and the entrepreneur in the best possible way. A thorough, quick analysis will be made and advice will be given, geared towards a practical approach and solution.
